VP of Operations Assistant / Truck Dispatcher

Having consistently demonstrated her aptitude for streamlining operational workflows and providing crucial support to management, Sarah is currently the Assistant to Kurt Fried, the VP of Operations at Musselman. Sarah became a valued member of our team in 2021, initially starting as an Operations Assistant. She later temporarily managed Musselman's Payroll before transitioning to oversee truck dispatching in conjunction with her original role. With a rich background in office management and a plethora of supervisory and administrative roles under her belt, she brings lots of experience to the table. Sarah's primary responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching dump trucks, overseeing and organizing maintenance and repair tasks, and coordinating subcontracted truck hires.

Additionally, she adeptly manages the coordination of material movements between job sites and assists in project scheduling for our ICI field crews. Sarah's daily interactions with foremen and supervisors are testament to her impeccable communication skills. There's not much that Sarah doesn't do and we are grateful to have her on our team!
