With a robust professional journey spanning over two decades, Mike Zaluski has variety of experience in the realm of civil construction. His expansive background is accentuated with expertise in sewer and watermain estimating, as well as hands-on involvement in project management and operations.

As the Chief Estimator, he now leads our estimating department with precision and insight. Beyond numbers and calculations, Mike's responsibilities encompass team management, coaching, and comprehensive project management. A bridge between our company and external entities, he adeptly handles communication with both all stakeholders including clients, contract administrators and suppliers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic direction.
