AMY CRONK

Human Resources Manager

Amy joined the Musselman team in 2017 and has been a large part of their growth. As the Human Resources Manager, Amy is responsible for recruitment, performance management, HR planning and strategy, and the efficient management of WSIB and return-to-work programs. She works closely with the management team to identify and resolve employee-related issues, engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Her role oversees and supports the team responsible for creating company policy, various administration, team onboarding, and health and safety programs and marketing initiatives. Amy’s well versed understanding for Human Resources ensures that Musselman adheres to the best practices and regulations.

Amy attended the University of Guelph for Business Administration and graduated from the George Brown College at the top of her class with an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association.

Amy works daily towards creating a workplace that is safe, open, and engaging for all employees. She believes whole-heartedly that a company is only as good as the people that work there and, as a result, she works hard to recruit and retain a group of employees who are positive, passionate and talented in their fields.
