Since her incorporation into our team in 2021, Taylor has been nothing short of amazing on our Human Resources team. With dual Bachelors of Arts in Labour Studies and Psychology, Taylor's academic foundation is further enriched by her Postgraduate degree in HR Management. Presently, she is pursuing her certification as a payroll specialist.

Taylor's responsibilities are multifaceted, spanning from managing the full cycle payroll to overseeing our group benefits and RRSP matching programs. She not only steers the employee onboarding processes with precision but also shapes the trajectory of performance management in our organization. Being the primary contact for employee concerns underscores her pivotal role in maintaining harmonious employee relations.
