Our Safety Approach
Our teams are more than just employees, they're members of the Musselman family and we do everything in our power to keep our people safe. Daily meetings are a habit for all of our crews, we encourage everyone to speak their mind when it comes to safety on the job. Our team takes on ownership for not only themselves but everyone around them.
Our Certifications
We ensure all of our supervisors and foremen have first aid training from Red5 Safety. Our supervisors, foremen, labourers and operators have Working at Heights training along with Confined Spaces training. In addition, Musselman Excavating is apart of the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence Program, and attends monthly meetings to get up to date information on health and safety in construction.
