T. Musselman Excavating is leading the reconstruction of Bleams Road, including the installation of four roundabouts. The project involves laying piping, as well as installing storm sewer and a watermain.

Additionally, in August 2025, the team completed a major emergency watermain repair within sixteen days, preserving water service for over 500,000 people.
